William D. Diess, 66 of Charleroi, passed away Thursday, January 31, 2019 in Monongahela Valley Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 18, 1952 in North Charleroi, the son of the late Stewart and Ann Stakar Diess. Bill was retired from Corning Glass Works, Charleroi Plant.

He is survived by his son Brad S. Diess of Charleroi and his wife Cathy; two sister Janice Deems and husband Richard of Fallowfield Township and Patricia Miller of Elco; three brothers Ronald Diess and wife Dolly of Colorado, Larry Diess and wife Martha of Monongahela and Daniel Diess of Belle Vernon; also survived by nieces and nephews. There will be no public visitation. A memorial services will be held at a later date and time.
