William Frank “Bill” Kaiser, 77, of Westminster, passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. Born on December 27, 1940 in Baltimore he was the son of the late Frank and Gladys (Atkins) Kaiser. He was the devoted husband of JoAnn M. (Coleianne) Kaiser, and would have celebrated their 55th anniversary on December 28th.

Bill received his associate degree in business from Catonsville Community College. After retiring as a self-employed home improvement contractor, Bill devoted his time as a police chaplain for the Hampstead Police Department and a substitute teacher in the Carroll County School system.

He was an active member at Northwest Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife are beloved daughters and sons-in-law Michelle M. and Patrick McGregor of Hanover, PA, Joan M. and Bruce L’Ecuyer of Westminster, and Linda M. and Gary Frease of Westminster; sisters Beverly Woerner of Westminster and Karen Kaiser of, AZ; 6 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his grandson Andy Botterill.

The family will welcome friends on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd. , Westminster. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 8th at 11 am with Rev.

Fred Dyer officiating at Northwest Baptist Church, 300 Westminster Rd. , Reisterstown. Interment with military honors will be in Lakeview Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to Northwest Baptist Church towards the children’s ministries, 300 Westminster Rd. , Reisterstown MD 21136. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.
