William Floyd Davis, age 93 of Park City, Tn, formerly of Cornersville, died Sunday, January 27, 2019 at his home. Mr. Davis was a native of Fayetteville, TN, and he was the son of the late Jim and Hattie Mae Prosser Davis. He was a retired dairy farmer and member of the Baptist church.

He loved to work with his tractor, mow grass, work in the flowerbed, and spend time with his “furbabies”. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Dwight Davis. He is survived by his wife, Janice Thorpe Davis, grandson, Tony Davis, and dear friends, Peggy and James Garrett, Joann Warren, Loretta Trulson, Willis Mason, Kathy and Crandell Bevers, Kay and Jay Burrow, and Pastor Tommy Graham.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the McBurg Baptist Church with burial to follow in Wright cemetery. The family will be at the McBurg Baptist Church for visitation on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to the charity of your choice.
