William J. Schinner, age 59 years, of Mequon, passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Lawlis Family Hospice in Mequon. He was born July 13, 1959 in Milwaukee, son of John and Ruth (nee Detienne) Schinner. Bill was a happy-go-lucky generous guy who loved flying model airplanes, watching birds at his birdfeeder, woodworking, and riding his motorcycle.

Survived by his children Courtney (Ben) Heath, Amy (Mitch Ecker) Schinner and Matthew Schinner along with their mother Kathy (nee Polzin) Schinner, his siblings Sue (Richard) Kutalek, Mary Pat Schinner, Jill (Kevin) Kirst, Dan (Maureen) Schinner, Kathy (Mike) Krueger, Tom (Jane) Schinner and Jim (Christine) Schinner, and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, October 20, 11 AM at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, 2750 W. Mequon Road, Mequon. Visitation Friday, Oct. 19 from 4-6 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1167 Washington Ave.

, Cedarburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Patriot Guard Riders or Schlitz Audubon Nature Center appreciated.
