McGinnis Age 56, of Arnold died Monday January 28, 2019 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born in Natrona Heights on April 14, 1962 to Carol McGinnis of Lower Burrell and the late Florence L. McGinnis and has been a life long resident of Arnold. Bill worked as a Pennsylvania State Constable and a UPMC Police Officer for St. Margaret Hospital.

He was a member of Generations House of Worship Church, Brackenridge and enjoyed shooting, Western movies, spending time with his family and was an avid fan of all the Pittsburgh sports teams. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife of 17 years Juliann M. McGinnis, six children Amanda (fiancé Abe Blair) Mailki of Freeport, Kasie (Alex) Richter of Lower Burrell, Jena Mailki, Katie Anne McGinnis both of New Kensington, William Lee McGinnis Jr., Evan Tomas McGinnis both of Arnold, ten grandchildren, sister Tammie (Hank) Deibler of Allegheny Twp. , nieces Carly Baker and Lindsi Deibler and three great nephews.

Friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at THE RUSIEWICZ OF LOWER BURRELL FUNERAL HOME, 3124 Leechburg Rd. at Alder St. where funeral services will be held Friday at a time to be announced. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to William McGinnis Memorial Fund c/o First National Bank, 110 Burrell Plaza, Lower Burrell PA 15068 for his children’s future education.
