Obituary for William Lee Lisk William “Bill” Lisk, 72, of Siloam Springs, AR died Oct. 10, 2018 at the University of Kansas Medical Center, following a sudden illness. Born in Toledo, OH to Henry and MarthaLee (Troutman) Lisk, Bill moved to the Ozarks following his graduation from the University of Toledo with a degree in social work.

He earned a masters degree from Pittsburg State University and lived in Joplin, MO and the surrounding area for many years. His career included service in the US Army, social work, program management and administration for health & wellness and mental health, and he was a special education teacher. He and wife, Deanna Lisk, moved to Siloam Springs after their marriage in 1998.

Bill was father to three biological children, Miach (Boseman, Montana), Casey (Seneca, Missouri) and Caitlyn (Roeland Park, Kansas) and step father to Darren Bradfield (Atchison, Kansas). He is survived by his wife, children, daughter -in- law, Laura Bradfield, and two granddaughters, Lucy and Jo Bradfield. A self taught musician with a passion for sharing his love of Folk, Old Time and Traditional Music, he created and managed the Second Saturday Summer Concert Series which just finished its sixteenth season in Siloam Springs.

Bill and Deanna, performed as a duo, “Two Cents Worth” for many years where they have were featured at festivals, community performances, private events and old time dances. A memorial and celebration of his life will be held in the Community Building in Siloam Springs from 1:30-4:00 on November 3, 2018.
