Obituary for William Parker William Parker Born: November 2, 1990 Died: June 14, 2018 Parents: Bob and Gisele Parker (maiden name Rabasse). Sibling: Jonathan Parker. Grandparents: William C. and Cora Parker, Minneapolis, Mn.

Gaston and Edith Rabasse of Besancon, France. Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins primarily in France. Proud to be a dual citizen of the United States and France.

Graduated Bexley High School 2009 and cum laude from Columbus State Community College with an AAS degree in Environmental Technology 2013. Worked for the past two years as a Senior Microbiologist Technician at Food Safety Net Services. He was a free spirit and had a passion for the environment.
