William Ray Francom age 83 passed away on the 10th of July, 2018 in Tooele Utah, Surrounded by those he loved. He was born on the 24th of February 1935 in Palmyra, Utah to Marlyn and Wanda Francom. He grew up in Payson, Utah, graduating from Payson High, following high school, he served in the US Army.

He is survived by his Children; Jeannie Messer, Suzanne Francom Cole (Kent Fidler) and Julie L. Cloward (Jody). Grandchildren; William James Jarrett, Thomas Courtney Jarrett, Jayna Hunsaker (Cody), Michael J. Messer, Josh Cloward, Brianna Brown. Great grandchildren; Brooklyn Maverick, Bronson, Jaxton, Brayden, Jaycee, Halee, Megan, Rigg.

His sister; Sonja Nelson. Preceded in death by his parents, and his brother; Sterling Francom, and his beloved dog CoCoa. Private services will be held on a later date, Interment will be in the Payson City Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Rocky Mountain Hospice for their tender care of our Dad. A special thanks to Tate Mortuary for their professional care.
