Willmar E. “Bill” Koehler Jr. of Kansas City, MO passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at the age of 84. Bill is survived by his wife Norma E. Koehler and their children Willmar E. Koehler III and Erica A. Flavin and husband Pat. He was preceded in death by his parents Willmar E. Koehler Sr. and Henrietta Anna Linda Koehler, his sister Julia C. Moore and husband Leonard and his uncle William von Spreckelsen and wife Ruth.

Bill was also a loving uncle, cousin and friend to many and will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
