Wilma Lee Rimel February 27, 1922 – January 29, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook WILMA LEE RIMEL Wilma L. Rimel, age 96, of Shawnee, Kansas, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. A private family service will be held at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri.

Wilma was born on February 27, 1922 in Stover, Missouri. She was the daughter of Robert Lee Nicoll and Marie Estelle (Cline) Nicoll. Growing up Wilma was one of four children including Marie, Irene, and Robert.

On August 24, 1940, Wilma was joined in marriage with her late husband, George Kenneth Rimel. Together they were blessed with two daughters Loretta and Janice. Wilma is preceded in death by her loving husband of over 56 years, George Rimel; loving husband of five years, Ben Amsler; parents Robert and Marie Nicoll; daughter, Loretta Jean Howard; sister, Marie A Bradford; and brother Robert Nicoll.

She is survived by her daughter, Janice Marie Donner (Keith), sister, Irene T. Wilson; son in law, Jim C. Howard six grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren. Arrangements: Cullen Funeral Home, Raymore, Missouri 816. 322.
