Obituary for Wilma Welch Wilma Welch, 92, of Beaumont, passed away on December 24, 2018, at College Street Healthcare Center in Beaumont. A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, December 28, 2018, at Old Hardin Cemetery in Kountze. Officiating will be Reverend Keith Boudreaux.

Born in Silsbee, Texas, on August 19, 1926, she was the daughter of Langford Marian Outlaw, Sr. and Bennett Lea (Herrington) Outlaw. Wilma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a strong Christian lady. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Wiggins Welch.

Wilma is survived by her children, Bill Welch and wife, Kathy and Aliceson Summers all of Beaumont; grandchildren, Chava Frich Sanderson and husband, Jacob, Joelle Cleek and husband, Tommy, and Lauren Molina; great-grandchildren, Tristen Goodman, Victoria Cleek, Wesley Cleek, Lucas Frich Sanderson, Sofia Frich Sanderson.
