Obituary for Geneva Haynes Geneva Haynes, 85, a longtime resident of West Orange, Texas, passed away on December 21, 2018, at her home. Born in Kosmosdale, Kentucky, on March 19, 1933, she was the daughter of Reader Thompson and Stella (Miller) Thompson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Tom” Eugene Haynes; her parents, Reader and Stella Thompson; her granddaughter, Ashley Haynes; her sister, Margie Thacker; and her brothers, Charles Thompson, William Thompson and Robert Thompson.

She is survived by her children, Linda Reno of Orange, and Gary Haynes and wife Sandy of Orangefield; her grandchildren, Connor Reno and Hillary Gravett and husband Greg; and her siblings, John Thompson of Louisville, Kentucky, James Thompson of Louisville, Kentucky, and Louise Shireman of Mauckport, Indiana.
