Harper Jr., became one of God’s Heavenly Angels on December 19, 2018. Born in Richmond VA on August 7, 1925, she was on the cradle roll of Ginter Park Baptist Church and a lifelong active member. She is survived by a large and loving family, including children, Katherine Guerin, Charles Harper and Virginia Bell; two grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.

The family would like to thank the staff at Westminster Canterbury and the staff at At Home Care Hospice for their comfort and support. Services will be private.
