Agnes Leigh Thompson, age 71 of Clarkson passed away Monday, April 16th 2018 at her residence. She was born August 28th 1946 in Grayson County, the daughter of John Thomas & Silvia Agnes Higdon Scott. She was a loving wife and mother.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Thompson, five children, Tina Bruner (Lamuel), Tammy VanMeter (Chip), Terry Thompson (Robin Dupin), Tracy Thompson (Katina), & Trenton Thompson, nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one sister, Mary Rose Reams, and one brother, William Scott. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Eugene Scott, and one grandchild, J.T. Rigdon.
