Albert’s Obituary Hinesville Albert Leon Brown, 84, passed away at Cedar Plantation in Metter Sunday, December 30, 2018, surrounded by his family. A lifelong resident of Hinesville, he was retired from the US Postal Service after 30 years of service and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of St. Stephen First Martyr Catholic Church.

He is survived by his nephews, Danny Brown (Jeannie) of Nevils, and D.A. Brown of Rincon; nieces, Marie May (Willie) of Naceda, WI, Faye Smith (Smitty) of North Carolina, and Linda Brown of California; and sister-in-law, Naomi Brown of Naceda, WI. Visitation will be 10-11 am, Thursday, January 3, 2019, at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel. Funeral will follow at 11 am.

Burial will be in Hinesville Cemetery. Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Online condolences can be made at www.
