Obituary for Alfredia Lucille Gotcher Alfredia Gotcher, 82, of Carlinville, IL died Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Heritage Healthcare in Carlinville, IL. She was born November 12, 1935 in Alton, IL to Carl and Marie Claytor. She married Donald Gotcher, November 25, 1954 in Hartford, IL.

Alfredia is preceded in death by her parents; sisters; Juanita Copeland, Betty Anderson, Shirley Driver, Rosemary Cates, and Lois Jean Claytor, and daughter, Denise (Gotcher) Meece. She was self-employed, preparing income taxes, and retiring in 1996. She was a member of Carlinville First Assembly of God, she loved to read and enjoyed word search puzzles.

Survivors include; husband, Donald Gotcher of Carlinville, IL; daughter, Pam (husband Jim) Bennett of Carlinville, IL; son, Carl (wife Debbie) Gotcher of Carlinville, IL; sister, Janice (Delbert) Gassart of Florida; brothers, David (Patty) Claytor of Florida, Carl (Eva) Claytor of South Roxana, IL; 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Friday, August 24, 2018, 10am at Carlinville First Assembly of God with a memorial service to follow at 11:30am led by Pastor Steve Schmidt. A private family burial will take place at Prairie Lawn Cemetery.

Memorials may go to Heritage Health Activity Dept. or Carlinville First Missions Fund.
