Obituary for Alice A. Sramkoski Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away suddenly Friday, November 2, 2018 at her home. Age 95 years. The daughter of the late Francis Miles and Florence (Weidenmiller) Laundra, Alice was born August 24, 1923 in Saginaw, Michigan.

She married Roger A. Sramkoski on April 12, 1947. He predeceased her September 21, 1996. Alice was a member of St. Francis de Sales Parish.

She was employed at Michigan Bell Telephone/AT&T as a supervisor for many years until her retirement and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. Alice enjoyed gardening and loved spending time with her family. Surviving are one son and two daughters, R. Michael and Elisabeth Sramkoski, Fairview Park, Ohio; Lynn and Fred Mieske, Freeland; Joli Collett, East Lansing; seven grandchildren, Keith, Kile (Ronda) and Kristen Henderson, Roger (Lisa) Sramkoski II and Gavin Sramkoski, Haille and Brielle Collett; nine great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law and two brothers-in-law, Mary Laundra, Leroy Hodeck and James Callahan; many nieces and nephews.

Alice was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother, June Bernau Hodeck, Miles Laundra, Carol Russell and Sally Callahan. Funeral and committal service will take place 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Mt. Olivet Mausoleum.
