Obituary for Carolyn “Carey” M. Reardon Saginaw, Michigan. Loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. Age 54 years.

Daughter of James Dexter and the late Kathleen (Yurgaites) Dexter, Carolyn was born June 8, 1964 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was married to Mark A. Reardon on May 30, 1997. He survives her.

Carey was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening and her dog, Buddy. Surviving besides her husband Mark are her daughter, Sarah (Derek) Meisner; two sons, Cody Reardon, Bryan (Janelle) Reardon; six grandchildren, Brendan, Alex, Zoey, Nick, Nevaiah and Mary; three sisters and two brothers, Ann Portner, Martha (Mark) Howay, Tom (Jenni) Dexter, David (Sue) Dexter, Amy (Randy) Bell; several nieces and nephews especially Scott and Alec which she had a special bond; her biological daughter, Jennie, who she gifted to the Sova Family to raise as their own; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Nori (Eric) Bellenbaum, Matt and Karen Reardon, Jill (Jay) Barsenas, Mary Jo (Bob) Gladish; many special friends especially Teri Webb and her sister-in-law, Karen Reardon.

Carey was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Dexter. Funeral Service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2018 at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 2525 Hemmeter, Saginaw. Pastor Rob Schmidt will officiate with private burial in St. Andrew Cemetery.

Friends may visit at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Sunday from 1 :00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Monday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
