Obituary for Eugene T. Wisniewski Ypsilanti, Michigan, Formerly of Saginaw. Beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother passed away Friday, December 14, 2018 at The Gilbert Residence in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Age 84 years.

The son of the late Sigmund and Anna (Makarewicz) Wisniewski, Eugene was born December 29, 1933 in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Delores A. Hackett on June 6, 1959. She predeceased him March 8, 1984.

Eugene was in shipping and receiving at Saginaw Steering Gear. Surviving to cherish his memory are one daughter, Ann Jastrzembowski, Ypsilanti; two grandchildren, Steven (Kasey) Jastrzembowski, Matthew (Emily) Jastrzembowski; a great-granddaughter, Morgan Jastrzembowski; two brothers, Jerry Wisniewski, Francis Wisniewski; several nieces and nephews. Eugene was preceded in death by five sisters and four brothers, Helen Gawron, Wanda Wesolek, Dorothy Danek, Jane Wisniewski, Eleanor Rousseau, Edmund, Chester, Bobby and Larry Wisniewski.

Funeral Liturgy will take place 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at St. Francis De Sales Parish, St. Christopher Catholic Church, 3945 Williamson Rd. , Saginaw. Rev.

Fr. John S. Mancini, OSFS will officiate. Burial will take place in Mt.

Olivet Cemetery with Military Honors rendered. Friends may visit at the church where the family will be present Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
