Obituary for Frederick W. “Fritz” Fassezke II Frederick “Fritz” W. Fassezke II, Saginaw Twp. , Michigan. Beloved husband, father and brother passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at his home with his family at his side.

Age 64 years. Son of the late Frederick and Patricia (Kruske) Fassezke, Frederick was born February 18, 1954 in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Kimberly McCaffrey on November 12, 1976.

She survives him. Fritz was co-owner and operator of Fassezke Glass for 40 years. He was a member of Hopevale Church.

Fritz enjoyed gardening, traveling, the birds and most importantly his family. Surviving besides his wife Kim are one daughter and one son, Kerri Fassezke, Royal Oak; Steven and Julia Fassezke, Vancouver, British Columbia; his brother, Alan and Patricia Fassezke, Bay City; two sisters, Audrey Ledbetter, Saginaw; Marti Freeman, Saginaw; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Vicki and Jim Hill, Saginaw; Cindy and Don Miller, Redford, Michigan; Mike and Sally McCaffrey, Pinconning; Jamie Adams, Bel Air, Maryland; Jim and Sharon Adams, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia; Scott Adams, Fort Worth, Texas; Lori and Randy Bruce, Macomb County; many nieces and nephews and a special friend, Ken Pretzer. Fritz was preceded in death by his sister, Christina DeLong.

Honoring Fritz’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of his Life will take place 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 14, 2018 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty).

Pastor Dan Davis will officiate. Friends may visit at the funeral home where the family will be present on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Hopevale Church.
