Obituary for Alice Mae Henson (Burrow) ALICE M. HENSON Alice Mae Burrow Henson, 94 of Edwardsville, KS died Sat. , Jan. 19, 2019 at the Evergreen Community of Johnson County Nursing Home.

Visitation from 10 to 11 am and Funeral at 11 am, on Fri. , Jan. 25, at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS with burial in Edwardsville Cemetery.

The Family suggests memorial contributions to either the Edwardsville United Methodist Church or to the Emerson Park Christian Church in care of the funeral home. Alice was born Oct. 18, 1924 in Everton, Arkansas and moved to this area and graduated from the Weston, Missouri High School in 1942.

She later met and married Lloyd F. Henson in 1943. She loved being a homemaker and enjoyed being involved in P.T.A. and was also a member of the Eastern Star. She was also a avid K.C. Chiefs Fan.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Lloyd in 2006. And is survived by her two children Rex Henson of Edwardsville, KS and Rebecca Personett (Joyce Swegle) of Denton, TX. Five grandchildren Amanda, Jennifer, Joe, Shastie and Kimberly.

One great grandchild Mason. As well as many nieces, nephews other family and friends. The family would like to specially thank the Evergreen Community and their Hospice for their loving care and support.
