FROSTBURG- Alice Wilma (Hill) Jenkins, 91, passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at the Goodwill Mennonite Home. Born December 29, 1926 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Marshall E. Hill and Lena (Lehr) Hill. She is preceded in death her son Lloyd Uphold, brother, Ralph Hill, and sister, Hazel Hill.

Alice was a graduate of Beall High Scholl class of 1944. She was retired from Potomac Edison Co. and was a member of Salem Unite Church of Christ where she was a member of the Choir and the Golden Guild. She was also a member of the FFF Club.

She is survived by her husband Paul Jenkins, her son Clifford Uphold , stepsons, Richard Jenkins and wife Kathleen, Kevin Jenkins and wife Cheryl, Michael Jenkins and wife Maria, stepdaughter, Paula Jenkins, 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 1 great great- grandchild, and daughter in law Lorna Uphold. Family and friends will be received at Sowers Funeral Home on Friday, October 19, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Funeral services will be held after the visitation at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Diane Smith officiating.

Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Salem United Church of Christ, 78 S. Broadway, Frostburg, MD 21532.
