Obituary for Aline B. Sweeney-Brown Brown, Aline Sweeney, 92, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Norton Hospital. She worked as a Unit Secretary at John Muir Hospital in CA for 20 years and Norton Hospital in Louisville for 5 years. She was a life member of DAV Auxiliary Post 129 and a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church.

She was an enthusiastic member of the Red Hatters. She loved gardening, cooking, animals and especially her children. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 19 years, Ivan Childers; loving husband of 40 years, Foster Sweeney and loving husband of 5 years, Harold Brown; sisters, Marcella McQueary and Elaine Cooley; brother, Vaughn Burton and son, Ralph Childers.

Aline is survived by her sons; Kenneth (Barbara) Childers and John (Marie) Childers; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A private burial will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted with Ratterman Keenan Southwest Chapel.
