Obituary for James T. Owings Owings, James T., 88, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018. James was a retired Yard Master for Norfolk Southern Railroad. He is survived by his sons, Larry (Barbara), Donald and Michael Owings; daughter, Linda Riedley; brother, Jerry Owings; sister, Evelyn Rose; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Celebration of Life will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at J.B. Ratterman & Sons, 2114 W. Market Street with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
