Obituary for Esther Calvert CALVERT, Esther 98, a native of Hardin County, passed away Tuesday April 17, 2018. She retired from L & N Rail Road. She is a member of Auburndale Church of Christ.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Elijah and Gillie Nottingham Calvert; seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by 11 nieces and nephews; numerous grand nieces and nephews; and a special friend and caregiver, Sharon Smith. Esther’s visitation is 2-7 p.m. Thursday and 10am until 11am Friday at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Drive.
