Obituary for Margaret Mary Mills Mills, Margaret Mary (Vessels), 86, passed away peacefully Monday, April 16, 2018 with her loving husband and family by her side at their home. She was a Registered Nurse with SS Mary & Elizabeth Hospital for 30 years. She was a member of St. Peter the Apostle and volunteered at the hospital, Meals on Wheels, Day Spring and the Mattingly Center.

She was loved by many and will be missed. Margaret is preceded in death by her eleven siblings. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, William “Bill” Mills; son, Michael W. Mills; daughters, Kathy (Shirley) Stevens, Karen (Tony) Hellman, Lisa (Scott) Peak, Julie (Ray) Sliter; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be at a later date at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 5431 Johnsontown Road and burial in KY Veterans Central, Radcliff, KY. Arrangements have been entrusted with Ratterman Keenan Southwest Chapels. A special gratitude for the compassionate care from Brookdale Assistant Living and Hosparus.
