Alton J. Lisney, 78, of Five Points, passed on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at the Richland Hospital surrounded by his family following a short courageous battle with cancer. He was born at the family farm in Five Points on April 29, 1940 the son of Ole and Maggie (Anderson) Lisney. Aldie took over the family farm at the age of 16.

Aldie loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and little dog Cali. He was a kind, generous, loving, caring man that was willing to help anyone. Aldie is survived by his three children: Chantel Lisney (Marti Cook) of Boscobel, Todd Lisney (Stacy Sears) of Richland Center, Kathy (Stan) Jahr of Richland Center; 7 grandchildren: Brad Dull Jr., Britney Sherman, Patrice (Levi) Knight, Allyssa Lisney, Ryan Jahr (Michael Steiner), Holly (Dustin) Hoffman, Christopher (Kacie) Jahr; 3 great grandchildren: Wyatt, Ellie, Chaylynn and two boys on the way; brother, Paul (Barb) Lisney; three sisters: Phyllis Anderson, Donna McCauley, Mary (Mick) Connor; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Aldie was preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter Jessica Dull, two brothers Leo and Kenny Lisney, two sisters Ruth Powell and Buena Taylor. Aldie was loved and cherished by his family and friends, he will be greatly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the Five Points Lutheran Church with burial to follow in the Five Points Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Five Points Lutheran Church and again on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
