Obituary for Alvin Barrett Pinson Jr. Alvin Barrett Pinson Jr., age 88, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018 at his residence in Columbus, Ohio. Born in Warfield, Kentucky. Retired from Western Electric.

U S Army Veteran 82nd Airborne. Preceded in death by his wife, Josephine. Survived by son, Mike (Liz) Pinson and daughter, Patti (Vern) Spaniol; 4 grandchildren, Brandy (Shawn), Nikki (Randy), Shelley (Bobby) and Jena; 6 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 18th from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street in Columbus, then additional visitation will be Friday, April 20th from 11 AM until time of the service at 1 PM at the Richard Callaham Funeral Home in Warfield, Kentucky. Interment will be in the Warfield Cemetery.
