Ammie Ray Davis, Jr. of Fairmont December 22, 1954 – March 9, 2019 Ammie Ray Davis, Jr. (Butch) , 64, of Fairmont, NC died on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. Butch was born in Lumberton, December 22, 1954. He has lived in Fairmont all of his life.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Susan; his parents, A. Ray and Francis B. Davis; two brothers, Michael and Robin. Mr. Davis is survived by a brother, J. Stevie (Beth); a sister-in-law, Vickie; 4 nephews, 1 niece; and many family members and friends. A celebration of life will be held at the First Baptist Church of Fairmont on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at 2:00 PM with Rev.

Carter McNeese officiating. A time for visitation will follow the service at the church.
