Patsy’s Obituary Ms. Patsy Britt Sessions, age 72, of Lumberton, passed away Monday, March 4, 2019. She was born on February 19, 1947, in Robeson County to the late William S. Britt and the late Vidalia Price Britt. She was formerly employed at the local Converse plant as the cafeteria manager for 17 years before its closing.

Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by four brothers: Clifton Britt, Sammy Britt, Alton Britt, and Brantley Britt, and two sisters, Brenda Collins and Dorothy Evans. She is survived by her husband Robert Sessions of Lumberton; one son, Mark Sessions and wife Elizabeth of Lumberton; one grandchild, Harper Sessions; one sister, Mary Ellen Lamb of Shallotte; and her beloved dog, Mia. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday, March 7, 2019, from 2:00-3:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. in Lumberton.

Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM in the chapel with Rev. Jeff Blackburn officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton.
