Linda’s Obituary Mrs. Linda Lou Britt Arrington, age 70, of Lumberton, passed away Friday, May 24, 2019, at Lumberton Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on February 12, 1949, in Robeson County to the late Hanes Edison Britt and the late Eula Mae Lee Britt. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Frederick Eugene Britt and Edison Britt, Jr

She is survived by her husband, Charles Wilson “C.W.” Arrington, Jr. of the home; one son, Christopher Wayne Arrington and wife Amy of Bladenboro, NC; one daughter, Cindy Arrington Howell and husband Joseph of Lumberton, NC; six grandchildren: Kaitlyn Arrington, Lauren Howell, Whitt Arrington, Emma Arrington, Jenna Arrington, and Charlie Arrington; one brother, Gary Britt of Lumberton, NC; and one sister, Eula S. Batten of Lumberton, NC. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 26, 2019, at 3:00 PM at Britt-Batten Family Cemetery with Rev. George Connor officiating.

Following the service, the family will receive friends at the graveside and other times at the home.
