Brenda’s Obituary Brenda Joyce Sanderson Hunt entered into eternal rest May 27, 2019. She was a longtime resident of Hampton, Virginia. She was a daughter of the late Dewey and Delilah Sanderson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Senior Master Sergeant Olin Hunt Jr. who was an Air Force officer retired. She was fortunate to visit and live in many foreign countries as well as the United States. She was also preceded in death by a grandchild Brandon Lenel Hylton as well as two sisters, Mary Ellen Sanderson and Geneva Sue Locklear, three brothers, Kinston, Gilbert, and Theodore Sanderson.

She is survived by her daughter Lorinda McNeely, and a son Reigel Hunt (Kira), a grandson Darius McNeely. Four sisters Dorothy Lewis, Mary Spaulding, Sandra Webb, and Edith Dial all of Fairmont, NC, and two brothers Renurick and Jimmy Sanderson, also of Fairmont, NC, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A visitation will be held Sunday June 2, 2019 from 2:00PM-3:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

A service of celebration will be held Sunday June 2, 2019 at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel at 3:00PM. Rev. Crafton Chavis will do the Eulogy.

Interment will follow in Oxendine Cemetery on Oak Grove Church Road, Pembroke, NC.
