Amy Deann Weeaks, 41, of Ohio Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 3, 2018, at Jesus Name Tabernacle with Pastor Ronald McDuff officiating. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Amy Deann Weeaks was born June 10, 1977 in Carlsbad, NM to James Michael Weeaks and Sandra Gail Williamson. Amy was a lifelong resident of Carlsbad. She was a loving and caring person to all around her.

She always had a way of making people laugh with her one of kind humor that always had a twist. Amy also enjoyed doing puzzles, drawing, and spending quality time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother.

Survivors are her husband, Jeremy Mayrhofen of Carlsbad, NM; daughter, Savannah Weeaks of Carlsbad, NM; son, Jeremy Mayrhofen, Jr. of Carlsbad, NM; father, Mike Weeaks of Albuquerque, NM; siblings: Russell Weeaks of Carlsbad, NM, Ronnie Weeaks of Haskell, TX, Patrick Weeaks and wife, Lindsay of Carlsbad, NM, Patricia Rubio and husband Mack of Carlsbad, NM, Robert Williams and wife Alexa of Carlsbad, NM, and Stacy Burton and husband Roger of Carlsbad, NM and numerous nieces and nephews.
