OBITUARY Andrew Patrick Hamlen June 27, 1961 – July 7, 2018 Andrew Patrick Hamlen, 57, of Fall River, Mass, died Friday, July 6, 2018 at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, Mass. Born on June 27, 1961, he was the son of Ann (Corcoran) Hamlen of Falmouth, and the late Joseph James Hamlen. He was predeceased by his sister, Maura.

He is survived by his brother Mark of Normandy, France, and cousins Ellen Smolen, Joan Mott, and Chip Hamlen. Andrew graduated from Sandwich High School and U.Mass Amherst and had worked as a draftsman in an architectural office. He lived in Sandwich for many years, and most recently lived in Fall River, Mass.

Andy was a kind and compassionate person, who was very involved in his mother’s care. He was a talented guitarist, and “jammed” with many blues bands. Donations in his memory may be made to the charity of ones choice.
