Andrew is survived by his mother, Sandra Broken Leg of Lawrence, KS; sisters, Amber Flores of Lawrence, KS, Montana Cochran of Anoka, MN, Charlene England and Cante England both of Lawrence, KS; step-mother, Jackie Beckman of Anoka, MN; grandmothers, Mildred Cochran of Oglala, SD, Betty Bissonette of Princeton, MN and Alvina Broken Leg of Rushville, NE; aunts, Vallie Bissonette of Oglala, SD and Andrea Broken leg of Gordon, NE; cousin, Royal Bissonette of St. Paul, MN; uncle, Bill Broken Leg of Rushville, NE; and numerous niece, nephews, and cousins.

Andrew was preceded in death by his father, Richard Cochran; sister, Marina Cochran; and grandfather, Myron Cochran. Wake Services: One night wake service starting at 12:30 PM, Friday, November 2, 2018 at the St. John’s Episcopal Church near Oglala, SD. Funeral Services: 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the St. John’s Episcopal Church near Oglala, SD.
