Obituary for Andy Arness Carter Andy Arness Carter, 54, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Lewis Gale Hospital, Salem, Virginia. He was born March 7, 1964, in Danville, Virginia to the late Irvin Prunty and Mary Alice Carter. Mr. Carter is survived by three daughters; sisters, Dalphine Minter, Connie Carter, and Gwen Davis; and brothers, Robert Carter, Dennis Carter (Sylvia), and Andrew Carter; and a devoted friend, Vonda Penn.

A memorial service will be held Friday, December 14, 2018, at 6:00, at Wright Funeral Service Chapel. Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family. On Line condolences may be made at www.
