Andy Ratliff, 51, departed this life June 9, 2018. Andy was born July 28, 1967 in Youngstown, Ohio. He was a son of Robert Ratliff and Ida Hileman Steiner.

He was self employed. Lived in Cleveland for 25 years and recently moved to West Virginia. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother; Ida Steiner and Step father Paul Steiner, sisters; Linda Weston Newell, Paula Jean Weston Rodriguez, Michelle Weston, Kathryn Ratliff and Christine Spear of North Carolina.

Brother Oliver Weston. Andy is preceded in death by his Father Robert Ratliff and a brother Timothy Weston. A funeral service will be held at Conley & Vanden Berg Funeral Home Thursday, June 15, 2018 at 6pm.

Family and friends may call one hour prior to service. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Directors at the Conley and Vanden Berg Funeral Home.
