She was born September 25, 1930, in Scranton, Pa. , to the late John S. and Bertha T. Ginovsky and is survived by her husband of 60 years, Charles W. Moon; nieces, Grace W. Rosenow and Frances Wyant (Ray); and nephews, Claude Napier (Brenda) and Clyde Napier (Mary).

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, at the Mechanicsville Chapel of the Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee-Davis Rd. , where services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2019. Entombment will follow in Signal Hill Memorial Park.

The family would like to extend a special word of thanks to the staff at Heritage Green Assisted Living and her team from At Home Care and Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church, 11342 Hillcrest Rd. , Hanover, Va.
