Obituary for Ann LaBonte THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE ASSISTING AND CARING FOR THE FAMILY OF ANN LABONTE WATERBURY – Ann J. LaBonte, age 87 of Waterbury, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 15, 2018 at home surrounded by her devoted family after a brief illness. She was the widow of Walter LaBonte. Mrs. LaBonte was born on June 26, 1931 in Waterbury CT, the daughter of the late Thomas and Martha (Moran ) O’Connor.

She was educated in local schools and worked for many years as an Assembler at Timex Corporation. Ann was a strong woman with an amazing sense of humor who will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her. She loved her trips to the casino and she was most devoted to her family.

Ann made the world a better place for all of us, and we are blessed and thankful to have had her in our lives. Among her survivors are her children; her daughters, Brenda Couture and her husband, Assistant Fire Chief, Michael Couture of the Waterbury Fire Dept. and Sheila LaBonte of Surf City NC and her son, David LaBonte of Micco FL as well as her 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her sons, Raymond and Walter LaBonte. A Mass of Christian burial for Mrs. LaBonte will be celebrated on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St Francis Xavier Church, 625 Baldwin St Waterbury CT. Those planning to attend are asked to kindly meet directly at the church.

Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury. To honor Ann’s memory, donations to St Francis Xavier Church 625 Baldwin St Waterbury CT 06706 are greatly appreciated. Casey’s Eastside Memorial has been honored to assist the family with arrangements.
