Obituary for Cartavis Lee Fox THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE ASSISTING AND CARING FOR THE FAMILY OF CARTAVIS FOX Loved Playing Basketball WATERBURY, CT – Cartavis Lee Fox, age 16, of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly at Saint Mary’s Hospital on December 12, 2018. Cartavis was born October 18, 2002, the son of Carlton Fox Jr. of Waterbury and Laronda Blow of New York. He attended Bucks Hill Elementary School, Wallace Middle School, and was currently a Junior at Crosby High School.

Cartavis was a practical joker who enjoyed spending time at the YMCA where he loved playing basketball. Cartavis was a member of the Big Brother/Big Sister Program and was also a member of the Uplifting a Life Youth Council. Cartavis was always happiest while playing video games on his PlayStation 4 and spending time with his cousins and friends.

He will be greatly missed all who were blessed to know and love him. Besides his parents; Cartavis leaves his paternal grandmother. Theresa Fox of Waterbury with whom he shared his home, his paternal grandparents, Carlton and Gail Fox, Sr..

of Wolcott and his maternal grandmother, Aurora Blow of NY. In addition, he also leaves his siblings; Raymond Wallace, Tyleek Damon, Tyaira St. Fleur, and Carizma Fox all of Waterbury and his special friend, Asia Chapman as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins including Tameshia Jones who he loved dearly and her daughter, Chyna. Funeral Services for Mr. Fox will be held on Wednesday, December 19th 2018 at 12:00 noon at Casey’s Eastside Memorial Funeral Home, 1987 East Main St @Southmayd Rd Waterbury CT 06705.

Friends and relatives of may visit with Cartavis’s family on Wednesday morning from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 12:00 noon at the funeral home.
