Obituary for Anna Maggard Wise Virginia, Anna Adams Maggard 69, passed away peacefully Saturday (Oct. 13, 2018) at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed playing cards, she also liked to play ball with her children.

She was known for having a great determination for life no matter her circumstances. She was a member of the Truth Fellowship church in Norton, Virginia. She was proceeded in death by her parents ;Bob and Eunice Adams, her son David Laforce, her brother Burnice Adams, sister Phyllis Kelsey, and nephew Timothy Walzer.

She is survived by her three children; Angie husband Joe Freeman, James Laforce wife Jennifer, Jeff Laforce wife Tonya, grandchildren; Autumn Minnix, Michael Minnix, Jeffrey Laforce Jr, Tyler Niece, Jeremey Laforce, Jacob Laforce, Jenna Laforce. three great grandchildren, sisters Vera Ketron husband Freddie, Glenda Walzer other close nieces and nephews. The visitation will be held Wednesday (Oct 17, 2018) at Holding Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in Big Stone Gap.
