Obituary for Mrs. Anna Prucnal Anna Prucnal, age 95, of Chicago, passed away August 6, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Jan; Loving mother of Wes (Maria), Ted (Linda), Rich (Aleksandra), and Chris (Anne); dear grandmother of Grace, Valerie, Dorothy, Chris, Renee, Christiana, Annelise and Luke; proud great-grandmother of Gabriella, Niko, Jenna, Maria, Jameson, Alyna, Magdalena, Lucy, and Emily. Proud member of the Polonia Club for over 45 years and dedicated parishioner of St. Constance Church.

Anna loved to garden, was an amazing cook and enjoyed making crafts and will truly be missed by her loved ones. Visitation Friday, August 10, 2018 at Muzyka & Son Funeral Home, 5776 W. Lawrence Ave, Chicago from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Chapel Service Saturday 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home to St. Constance Church for a 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery in Justice Illinois.
