Obituary for Annie Laura Bishop Annie Laura Bishop age 100 a homemaker of Thomasville, AL died December 10, 2018 at Thomasville Health Care & Rehabilitation Center. She was born February 9, 1918 in Nettlesboro, AL to Mal Eugene and Christiana Rutledge. She was a member of Thomasville United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son, Jack Bishop (Lena Carol); daughter-in-law, Marion Bishop; six grandchildren, Bill Bishop, Teri B. Overstreet (Mike), Todd Bishop (Lee); Bo Bishop (Candy), Melinda B. Aldag (Ed), Allen Bishop (Debbie); fourteen great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren; and her sister, Betty Jean Heaton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hadley Bishop, two sons, Bobby Bishop and Ted Bishop; two grandsons, Chris Bishop and Scott Bishop; her parents Mal Eugene and Christiana Hicks Rutledge; one brother, and five sisters. Visitation will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am service time with Dr. Larry Teasley officiating.

Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Thomasville, AL. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Thomasville United Methodist Church. Arrangements by O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home.
