Obituary for Anthony “Andy” Alan Graves Jr. Andy A. Graves Jr. was born on March 28, 1952 and left us on June 8, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father Anthony Graves Sr. and his mother Dorothy Frances Graves. He is survived by his twin daughters Andrea and Alanna Graves, step daughter Erica Wolf, and two brothers Jim and Joe Graves.

Andy worked as a Parts Sales Manager for Nissan for over 30 years. Recently he could be found bartending at Alex’s Tavern, a local spot in the neighborhood he grew up in and loved. A love that is truly in the DNA of his twin daughters who eat, sleep, and play only in Midtown.

He also passed on his love for the finer beverages, coffee and beer, his love of sports, especially the Tennessee Vols, and his dry sense of humor. His passing was unexpected and we all miss him terribly. We are having a gathering of friends and family on Wednesday, June 13th, from 5-7, at Alex’s Tavern to celebrate a life well lived.
