Obituary of Archie Baum Archie Baum, age 85 was born March 6, 1933 in Olla, Louisiana to the union of his parents, Tom and Rose Baum and he passed from this life October 17, 2018 at Citizens Medical Center in Columbia, LA. Archie was an Army veteran and loved to tell stories. His favorite story to tell was the one about how he met the love of his life, Jean.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his eight brothers: Calvin, Huey, Houston, George (G. A.), R. B., James, Carl and Duey. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of almost 65 years, Irma Jean Baum and a host of nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be nephews. Plans are being made for a private family service.
