Strehlow, 83, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away peacefully, Thursday, February 21, 2019 at his residence. He was born on March 29, 1935 to the late Gustav and Anna (Kasulis) Strehlow in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Kenosha High School.

On April 14, 1954 he entered the US Air Force and was honorably discharged on November 4, 1957. On November 26, 1957 he married Cora M. Montgomery in Tecumseh, OK. She preceded him in death on March 28, 1998.

Arthur worked as an automotive mechanic and loved working on cars. Arthur was a member of Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church. Arthur is survived by his children Pamela (David) Mohr of Pleasant Prairie, Mark (Julie) Strehlow and Jeff (Denise) Strehlow both of Kenosha, his 13 grandchildren, his nine great grandchildren and his siblings Nellie Zampanti of Kenosha, Don (Helga) Strehlow of Kenosha, Chuck (Sandy) Strehlow of Kenosha and James Strehlow of WI.

He is preceded in death by a son Staff Sgt William Strehlow and two brothers Gordon and Bryan. Funeral Services for Arthur will be held on Thursday, February 28th at 6:00 p.m. at Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church (1520 Green Bay Rd. Somers) with Full Military Honors to follow.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at the church. Memorials would be appreciated to Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church or to Hospice Alliance.
