Obituary for Connie Lea Stone Print Connie Lea Stone, 69, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2019, at Froedtert South-St. Catherine’s Medical Center Campus. Born in Boise, ID, on July 20, 1949, she was the daughter of the late William and Bonnie (Lytle) Higley. On June 25, 1988, she married Gary Stone at Lincoln Park in Kenosha.

Connie was employed as a visiting nurse for home health care. She enjoyed fishing and spending her summers working in her garden, taking care of her treasured flowers. Connie is survived by her husband, Gary of Pleasant Prairie; three sons, David (Amy Norris) Mack, Warren (Sharon Galbraith) Mack, and Christopher (Lauren) Mack, all of Kenosha; a sister, Dolly Morgan of Portland, OR; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Albert Higley; and a sister, June Reynolds. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 1st, at Proko Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
