Obituary for Arthur Alan Vinyard Arthur Alan Vinyard, age 88 of Penns Grove, NJ, passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2018, at his home. He was born November 4, 1929, the son of Jesse H. and Edna F. Vinyard of Warwick, MD. He graduated from Penns Grove High School, and Washington College in Chestertown, MD.

He was a lifelong servant of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, an Army veteran, and worked at DuPont Chambers Works for over 30 years. He was married to Geraldine B Vinyard, deceased, and Jean Thompson, deceased. He is survived by his sons, Mark S. of Penns Grove, NJ, and Rodney C. of West Chester, PA.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am, Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at Eglington Cemetery, 320 Kings Highway, Clarksboro, NJ 08020, followed by lunch, at 12 noon, at Wesley Hall, New Hope United Methodist Church, 174 S. Broad St, Penns Grove, NJ 08069. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church. Ashcraft Funeral Homes, www.
