He was born in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to this area in 1960 from Gainsville, Florida. Arthur was a Chief Disbursing Clerk and served in the U.S. Navy.

He was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association. Arthur was preceded in death by his brother, David R. Krisher of Ft. Myers, FL.

Arthur is survived by his wife Susan Krisher; his son Christopher Arthur Krisher, and Daughter-in-Law, Midette Resus Krisher and his Granddaughter, Mikaela Krisher.
