Obituary for Arthur Charles Carroll Arthur Charles Carroll, 66, of Hampstead, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born October 15, 1952 in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Arthur Brendan Carroll. Prior to retirement, Arthur was a building manager for Verizon.

He was a life member of Hampstead Volunteer Fire Company. He enjoyed motorcycles, cars, visiting Disney World and especially spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving are sons and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey A. and Kathleen M. Carroll of Hampstead and Daniel B. Carroll of Westminster; daughter and son-in-law, Kristen M. Parsons and David S. Parsons, Jr. of Westminster; grandchildren, Andrew A. Carroll, Brittany M. Carroll, Alexandra M. Carroll, Ryan J. Carroll, Brantley D. Parsons and Ryleigh K. Parsons; and brother, William Carroll of Baltimore.

He was predeceased by brother, Robert Carroll. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 19, from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead, where the Fire Company Memorial Service will be held on at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Carroll Hospice Dove House, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157 or the Hampstead Volunteer Fire Company, P.O. Box 231, Hampstead, MD 21074.
